Company Profile

Mark Shelton, P.A. was formed as a corporation to provide legal and conflict resolution services out of the Northfork Professional Center in Lutz, a semi-rural area located north of Tampa, Florida.  Although Mark Shelton is the only lawyer, arbitrator, mediator and umpire employee of the corporation, its legal assistants have their own offices equipped with a modern network of computers, high speed Internet access and sophisticated case management software.  A law library doubles as a conference room and is supplemented with on-line legal research and information gathering services.

Since our office is centrally located 30 minutes from the courthouses in Tampa and Brooksville, 25 minutes from the courthouse in New Port Richey, 45 minutes from the courthouses in Dade City and St. Petersburg and 60 minutes from the courthouse in Clearwater, Mark Shelton Professional Association regularly handles legal and conflict resolution matters in Hernando, Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas Counties.  Conflict resolution matters are also handled in Polk and Manatee Counties.
