We are charging no fee to address your on-line inquiry.  If you decide to employ our firm, and we decide to accept the employment, we will provide contracts for you to sign.  Our hourly fees are $300.00 per hour and we will also be reimbursed for costs incurred on your behalf.  In many situations we will represent you on a contingent fee basis.  Under that arrangement, you will not owe us any fee unless we obtain a recovery for you.  In the event of a recovery, our fee will be a percentage of the recovery ranging between 25% and 45%, depending upon the matter and the stage of the proceeding.  In the event of a recovery, we will also be reimbursed for costs incurred on your behalf.
